The Cornish Folk Collection

The original Laura Lane collection, born 10 years ago. Celebrating Cornish folklore and everyday life in Cornwall, these pieces are inspired by wild swimming adventures, coastal life, Cornish fishing culture, gig rowing and Cornish folk tales – always with tongue firmly in cheek. I wheel throw each piece using Cornish clay from St Agnes, before brushing with my signature blue slip (liquid clay) and illustrating the designs by hand.
