Currently I’ve got lots of beech, cherry, birch and sycamore so let me know which you’d prefer or you can be surprised (:  

Food safe and durable, these are all oiled with hassui ceramic finish which is odourless and very hard wearing 

  clean with a damp cloth or sponge. No metal scrubbers!! don't submerge in water or put in the dishwasher.
